hey everyone, the new newness from pyr is nite train by call me on the allophone – the visually inspired audio project of kendra calhoun! kendra uses both composed and improvised sound elements to build her aural narratives. her building blocks vary from blown out 8 bit beats and electronics to tangled guitar skree.
her new release is based around guitar. electronic hiss and drone, thunder, howls, string squiggles, etc. the album also features a track from the minimalist artdrone musician teaadora and culminates in a collaboration between both artists. get it here!
